A little bit about us...

Future Institute strongly believes that if organisations invest in their employees by developing their skills and knowledge, the benefits are enormous, both in staff retention, output and efficiency.  In our experience a common fear among business owners is a sense of worry that if they invest in training, staff might leave or go to a competitor.  Our response to this, as experienced business owners is: wouldn't it be worse, if we didn’t train them and they stayed?

Future Institute of Australia aspires to be regarded by its customers as a provider of quality training across Australasia, and will be well-known for its immense focus to develop and sustain its clients’ business growth through tailored workplace training programs.  To do this effectively, Future Institute has and will continually consult closely with industry regularly to ensure its training programs remain relevant with the ever-changing economy and emerging technologies.

With the lack of quality training and out of sheer frustration, the three directors decided to create a private training organisation that specialises in helping businesses grow through tailored training solutions.   It was agreed that the values of the business would be centred around training that is relevant to industry and endorsed by industry from a wide range of sectors - in particular, those sectors that will experience significant growth over the next decade.

The directors named this training organisation Future Institute of Australia.  The emphasis on Future ensures the training supplied to our customers is relevant for tomorrow’s economy and is meaningful because of its high quality trainers and strong endorsement from industry.

    Introducing the Business Growth and Leadership Program 2016/17

    Business Growth & Leadership Program

    This program will: 

    • Inspire leaders to grow their business during tough economic conditions;
    • Assist leaders to explore diversification strategies to become more resilient;
    • Showcase emerging technologies that are relevant to SMEs and provide strategies to adapt and change for greater efficiency;
    • Provide change management strategies and skills to improve leaders confidence to implement and drive change within their organisations; and 
    • Provide a supportive environment for business leaders to share and collaborate. 
    Includes Mentoring Program

    You will be allocated an experienced business mentor to ensure your development goes beyond the program and back into your organisation. Before the program commences your mentor will hold you accountable and encourage you to maximise the program. In total you will have 10 hours of mentoring to use as required on topics that matter to you.

    Program Delivery

    This program is split into two levels:

    Level 1: The content in level 1 will be made available to you online. Here you will find a series of information on each topic that you should already know and be practicing in your business on a daily basis. You will have access to use the tools and resources online to test and revise your knowledge prior to attending the workshops.

    Level 2: The content of level 2 is about exploring emerging technologies, new trends and strategies to challenge your way of thinking and push the boundaries for growth. This will be done through 10 one day face-to-face workshops. At the end of each workshop there will be a specialist guest speaker.

    Delivered over 8 months.

    Fee for Service

    Total program cost is $15,000. 50% prior to commencement and 50% half way through the program. Future Institute accepts all major credit cards. 

    Government Funding

    Your organisation may qualify for the Australian Government's Industry Skills Fund. This fund can cover up to 75% of the course fee. Contact us today ro explore if your business may be eligible for this funding.
